Vendors Set-up: 8:00 am
Doors Open: 9:30 am
Entries accepted: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Judging starts: 1:00 pm SHARP
Award Ceremonies: Approximately 3:30 - 4:00 pm, pending conclusion of judging

General Admission:
Adults - $ 4.00
Seniors - FREE!
Children 12 & under - FREE!

Entry Fee:
Adult & Youth classes - $2.00 per model
12 & under - FREE!

Registration:
Entries accepted from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

Awards:
Plaques in each class for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Special Awards given for Craftsmanship and Themes
Best in Show Trophy

Raffle Draws

Every year  throughout the day, we have a raffle draw for some really great prizes, including kits, gift certificates, tools & paints, etc., all donated by our sponsors, club members and other generous individuals.
Group 25 Model Car Builders Club/MegaCity Model Motor Madness are non-profit, and as in previous years, the proceeds from this draw will support a wonderful children's charity:

For those of you who may not be familiar with The Children's Wish Foundation, they provide once-in-a-lifetime experiences for children suffering with high-risk life-threatening illnesses.

Make it and Take it

We've got Revell Snap-Tite kits for the kids to build, along with some expert guidance for those first-time builders.

This model is completely snap-together and has steel axles with rolling wheels!

For only a  $5 donation to Children's Wish Foundation, this is a wonderful opportunity and introduction to the hobby of model car building.

(Quantities are limited - Models are not available for separate purchase)


 

Primer & Non-Competitive Display Area

We've set aside a place to show off and display some of your works-in-progress as well as some of your other neat stuff, including previous winners!


 

Closet overstuffed?  Got too many kits? (Ha! As if!)

Need some cash to...  oh...  I don't know... maybe buy MORE kits?

Or maybe you have an aftermarket product or accessory for the model car world?
Or perhaps you're a retailer looking to move some product?

Why not come out and be part of our Swap Meet!
It's reasonably priced and has a target audience focused on YOUR product!

The cost of a vendor's table is $50
Multiple tables (2 or more to same vendor) are $40 ea.

We ask that you bring only MODEL CAR related items please!
For example (but not necessarily limited to):
Model kits, Aftermarket items, Die-cast, Hot Wheels,
Tools & Accessories, Books & Magazines, etc.

Note: Vendor tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Book early!  Space is limited!
