A Word on Display Bases

Generally speaking, due to space limitations, display bases have not been allowed. On the other hand, we all like to present our models at their best and show off some of their best features.

So, here's the deal: small mirrors, acrylic stands, etc may be used to show off your model.

Displays will NOT be considered part of the model for judging purposes.

PLEASE USE SOME DISCRETION: Base should not exceed the model by more than 1 inch in any direction and may not exceed 4 inches in height.

Please also try to place taller displays away from the front of the table, so as not to block view of other entries.
If your base is cumbersome, excessively large or tall, greatly exceeds the dimensions of the model or otherwise hinders the reasonable viewing of the other entries YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE IT!
Failure to comply with the above will result in re-classification to Diorama!
